History of the grapevine

Grapes with the scientific name vinifera are genera from the family trees of the Vitaceae family. There are about 11 genera and more than 600 species in this family. The most important part of this family is the grapes. This plant has a shrub and flowing mode and has ivy in front of some leaves. Grape fruit is divided into granular and clove species. This fruit grows better in areas with a maximum temperature of more than 40 degrees Celsius and a minimum of less than 15 degrees below zero. Iran is the tenth largest grape producer in the world, accounting for 3. 3 percent of the world’s grape production.
